The texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light on the palate. The People Frascati Superiore is extraordinarily fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. The finish of this youthful white wine from the Lazio wine-growing region is delightful with a beautiful aftertaste. Vinification of the Poggio le Volpi People Frascati Superiore
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced People Frascati Superiore cuvée from Poggio le Volpi is Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lazio. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into volcanic rock soils. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing.
