The basis for the well-balanced Selezione Pinot Bianco Alto Adige from Trentino-Alto Adige is grapes of the Pinot Blanc variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
