More information about Rebecca Raboso 0,5 l - Tessère
The organically produced Rebecca Raboso from Tessère pours into the glass with a bright golden yellow. This single-varietal Italian wine presents wonderfully fragrant and complex notes of sour cherries, elderberries and blackberries in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.
The elegant Tessère Rebecca Raboso reveals an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is no surprise given its residual sweetness. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced dessert wine is wonderfully silky, velvety, creamy and dense. The finish of this dessert wine from the Veneto wine-growing region delights with a beautiful aftertaste. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the clay-dominated soils.
Vinification of Rebecca Raboso from Tessère
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Raboso. Only immaculate grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Tessère. In Veneto, the vines that yield the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Rebecca Raboso can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
