Vinification of Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp Riserva Barrique Chardonnay Val Venosta
The basis for the balanced Riserva Barrique Chardonnay Val Venosta from Italy is grapes from the Chardonnay variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on granite soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation is complete, the organically produced Riserva Barrique Chardonnay Val Venosta is aged for another 18 months in oak barriques.
