Vinification of the Gaja Rossj-Bass Langhe
The balanced Rossj-Bass Langhe from Italy is a cuvée made from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Piedmont. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and sandstone. Naturally, the Rossj-Bass Langhe is also determined by the climate and the Langhe DOC winegrowing style. This Italian wine can be described as an old world wine in the best sense of the word, presenting itself with exceptional elegance. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation.
