As if that were not already impressive, additional aromas such as vanilla are added through aging in large wooden casks.

Vinification of the Talenti Rosso Toscana
This powerful red wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After it has finished, the powerful Rosso Toscana is matured for several more months in oak barrels.
