Vinification of the Bianco Umbria from Santa Cristina

The elegant Bianco Umbria from Italy is a cuvée made from the Greco Bianco, Trebbiano and Viognier grape varieties. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand once optimum ripeness has been ensured. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
