With Baldessari Michela Teroldego Peterle, a first-class organic red wine finds its way into the glass. There it presents a wonderfully bright, ruby-red color. The first nose of Teroldego Peterle flatters with nuances of plum, currant, sour cherry and blueberry. Notes from barrel aging, such as blackcurrant, join the fruity components of the bouquet.

Baldessari Michela Teroldego Peterle presents itself to the wine lover as wonderfully dry. This red wine never appears coarse or lean, as one might expect from a wine. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety, meaty and dense. The finish of this red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine region, more precisely from Trentino DOC, is finally impressive with a lovely aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the clay-dominated soils.

Vinification of Baldessari Michela Teroldego Peterle

This balanced red wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Teroldego grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
