Vinification of Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo Rosa-Ae from Torre Dei Beati

This powerful rosé wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Montepulciano grape variety. In Abruzzo, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and limestone soils. After hand harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo Rosa-Ae can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
