Vinification of the Chardonnay Venezia from Terra Musa

This balanced white wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. After manual harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
