Vineyard Practices of the Falanghina Campi Flegrei from La Sibilla

The basis for the balanced Falanghina Campi Flegrei from Campania is grapes of the Falanghina variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Campania. The vines dig their roots deep into flinty soils here. At the optimal ripeness, the grapes for the Falanghina Campi Flegrei are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of strenuous and minimally selective harvesters.
