Vinification of the Petra Hebo Toscana 1.5 l Magnum

This well-balanced red wine from Italy is cuvéeed from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. After being hand-picked, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by a maturation.
