Vinification of Villscheider’s Kerner Valle Isarco 1.5 l Magnum

This powerful white wine from Italy is made from the Kerner grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
