Vinification of the Villscheider Riesling Valle Isarco 1.5 l Magnum
This well-balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Riesling grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
