Vinification of the Luce Toscana 1.5 l Magnum from Tenuta Luce

This powerful red wine from Italy is vinified from the Sangiovese and Merlot grape varieties. The Luce Toscana 1.5 l Magnum is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Italian exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of wines from the Old World. After manual harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After it is finished, the powerful Luce Toscana 1.5 l Magnum is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
