The balanced Massenza Rosso from Italy is a varietal wine, organically produced from the Rebo grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the fine lees for a few months before finally being bottled.
