The Reboro from the hand of Francesco Poli from Trentino-Alto Adige reveals a dense, ruby-red color in the wine glass. On the nose, this red wine from Francesco Poli presents all kinds of raspberries.
The Francesco Poli Reboro presents itself to the wine lover as wonderfully dry. This red wine never appears coarse or meager, but rather round and smooth. On the palate, this powerful red wine is characterized by an exceedingly meaty, velvety and dense texture. On the finish, this wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine region delights with a lovely length. Once again, hints of raspberry are evident.
Vinification of the Reboro by Francesco Poli
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Rebo. For this exceptionally powerful varietal wine from Francesco Poli, only first-class grape material was harvested. After being picked by hand, the grapes are taken to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. Once it is complete, the Reboro can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
