More information about Nizza Riserva Le Rose - Franco Mondo

With the Franco Mondo Nizza Riserva Le Rose, a first-class red wine finds its way into the swirling glass. Here it presents a wonderfully bright, ruby-red color. The bouquet of this red wine from Piedmont delights with hints of raspberry. Following the aromas further, black cherry, cocoa and coffee/mocha join in.

The Franco Mondo Nizza Riserva Le Rose presents itself to the wine lover as wonderfully dry. This red wine never appears coarse or lean, as one might expect from a wine. On the palate, this well-balanced red wine is characterized by an extraordinarily velvety and fleshy texture. The finish of this red wine from the Piedmont wine-growing region ultimately captivates with a beautiful aftertaste.

Vinification of the Franco Mondo Nizza Riserva Le Rose

This balanced red wine from Italy is vinified from the Barbera grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house immediately. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.

Food recommendation for the Franco Mondo Nizza Riserva Le Rose
