Here the vines drive their roots deep into soils of silica rock. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the powerful Rosso Di Montalcino 1.5 l Magnum is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
