More information about Solaris Naran - Pravis
The elegant Solaris Naran from the house of Pravis splashes into the glass with a radiant golden yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this Old World white wine offers wonderfully expressive aromas of mirabelle plum, lemon, ripe apple and green apple, rounded off by mint/melissa.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with an exceptionally low residual sugar content. As one would expect from a wine, this Italian, despite all its dryness, enchants with the finest balance. Flavor simply does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine presents itself as wonderfully crisp and fleshy. The finish of this white wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region, more precisely from Trentino DOC, finally captivates with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of Pravis Solaris Naran
This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Solaris. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Pravis. After being hand-picked, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Solaris Naran can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
Food recommendation for Pravis Solaris Naran
This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfectly suited as an accompanying wine to stuffed cabbage rolls, spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce or leek soup.
