Vinification of the Syrah 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Syrah. For this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Vallarom, only first-class grape material was used. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and amphora at controlled temperatures. After fermentation ends, the Syrah 1.5 l Magnum can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 8 months.
