Vinification of the Syrah 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom
This balanced red wine from Italy is made vegan from the Syrah grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
