The Syrah 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom in Trentino-Alto Adige presents a bright, purplish-red color in the glass. This varietal Italian wine flatters the nose in the glass with wonderfully complex notes of plum, blackberry, blueberry and currant. There are also hints of pepper and coffee/mocha.

On the palate, the Syrah 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety, dense and powerful. On the finish, this red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region delights with a lovely length. Once again, hints of blackberry and strawberry jam appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes from the limestone-dominated soils are added.

Vinification of the Syrah 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom

This balanced red wine from Italy is made vegan from the Syrah grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
