The vegan-produced Fuflus 1.5 l magnum from Vallarom flows into the glass with a bright purple-red color. In the glass, this red wine from Vallarom offers aromas of plums and blackberries, complemented by pepper, chocolate, and coffee/mocha. On the palate, the Fuflus 1.5 l magnum from Vallarom opens pleasantly aromatic, fruit-driven, and balanced. On the tongue, this well-balanced red wine is characterized by an exceedingly velvety, meaty, and dense texture. On the finish, this red wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region delights with lovely length. Once again, hints of plum and blackberry appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes from the limestone-dominated soils join in.

Vinification of Vallarom Fuflus 1.5 l Magnum

The basis for the balanced Fuflus 1.5 l magnum from Italy is grapes from the Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah varieties. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the vegan-produced Fuflus 1.5 l magnum is aged for another 18 months in oak barriques.
