Vinification of Beldosso Lugana from Masi Agricola

The balanced Beldosso Lugana from Italy is a single-varietal wine, organically produced from the Trebbiano grape variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, Beldosso Lugana is aged for several months in oak barriques.
