Vinification of Masi Agricola Colbaraca Soave Classico Superiore
The basis for the well-balanced Colbaraca Soave Classico Superiore from Veneto is grapes of the Garganega variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of limestone and volcanic rock. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by 6 months of maturation in oak barriques.
