The Chardonnay Collezione Privata from Isole e Olena has an intense yellow color in the glass. The nose reveals complex aromas and scents of orange blossom, citrus fruit, honey and melon, nuts, spices and roasted aromas. On the palate, this Chardonnay from Tuscany impresses with inviting elegance, soft, creamy, dense and powerful, with appealing fresh acidity. The finish is long, harmonious and very persistent.
Vinification of the Chardonnay Collezione Privata from Isole e Olena
Paolo De Marchi has created an exceptional Chardonnay with this white wine, which is also known as a "silent wine" due to its small quantity. It is so popular that it sells out almost as soon as it is released.
The 100% Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand, matured in barriques for 12 months after fermentation and then left to rest in the bottle for a few months before being released for sale.
