This powerful red wine from Italy is vinified from the Dolcetto grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Piedmont. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
