Vinification of Pico Maccario Dolce Vita Moscato d'Asti.

This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Moscatel. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Pico Maccario, only first-class grape material was used. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.

This white wine from Italy is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It pairs perfectly as an accompaniment to asparagus salad with quinoa, coconut-lime fish curry or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
