Vinification of the Cordero di Montezemolo Dolcetto d'Alba

The balanced Dolcetto d'Alba from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Dolcetto grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood casks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Dolcetto d'Alba is aged for several months in oak barrels.
