Vinification of Borgo Molino I Ciari Ribolla Friuli Venezia Giulia

The basis for the elegant I Ciari Ribolla Friuli Venezia Giulia from Veneto are grapes from the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
