More information about Rosé Dosaggio Zero Nativus - Baldessari Michela
The rosé Dosaggio Zero Nativus from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in a bright light red. The mousse of this sparkling wine appears in the glass with very fine, extremely persistent bubbles. When swirling the wine glass, one can perceive an excellent balance in this sparkling wine, as it does not appear watery, syrupy or liqueur-like on the glass walls. This Italian cuvée caresses the glass with wonderfully elegant and complex notes of raspberries, strawberries and roses. Added to this are hints of pepper.
Balanced and complex, this creamy, crisp and light sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. The finish of this sparkling wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region, more precisely from Trentino DOC, ultimately delights with a beautiful aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets from the clay-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Rosé Dosaggio Zero Nativus from Baldessari Michela
This balanced sparkling wine from Italy is organically vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. Without question, the Rosé Dosaggio Zero Nativus is also shaped by the climate and winemaking style of Trentino DOC. In the best sense of the word, this Italian can be described as an Old World wine that presents itself as exceptionally elegant and complex. An undeniable influence on the ripening of the grapes is also the fact that the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes thrive under the influence of a rather cool climate. This is reflected, among other things, in particularly long and evenly ripened grapes and a rather moderate alcohol content in the wine. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery, where they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée, further maturation takes place on the basis of the Méthode Traditionelle. The Baldessari Michela Rosé Dosaggio Zero Nativus then matures for 20 months on the full lees.
