Vinification of Rosso Vitae by Salizzoni
The balanced Rosso Vitae from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Marzemino grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months of ageing on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
