Vinification of Ronco Scagnèt Chardonnay Collio
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety: Chardonnay. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully well-balanced varietal wine from Ronco Scagnèt. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed.
