< p>This balanced Italian red wine is made from the Primitivo grape variety. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for Doppio Passo Primitivo Puglia are harvested exclusively by hand, without the assistance of coarse and less selective harvesters. After harvest, the grapes are quickly sent to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
