Vinification of the CVCB Doppio Passo Primitivo 1.5L Magnum
This balanced Italian red wine is made from the Primitivo grape variety. At optimal ripeness, the grapes for the Doppio Passo Primitivo 1.5L Magnum are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of coarse and less selective harvesters. After harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
