This well-balanced red wine from Italy is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally racked.
