More information about Il Bruciato Bolgheri DOC 1,5 l Magnum HK - Guado al Tasso

The Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK is a first-class red wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, purple-red color. When swirling the glass, you can perceive a perfect balance in this red wine, as it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. The nose of this Guado al Tasso red wine reveals all kinds of black cherries, morello cherries, blueberries, plums and mulberries. As if that wasn't already impressive, the ageing in small wooden barrels adds further aromas such as black tea, cinnamon and sun-warmed stone.

The Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK is pleasantly dry to the palate. This red wine is never coarse or austere, as you would expect from a wine from the Icon wine segment. On the palate, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense, velvety and melting texture. With its vital fruit acidity, Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this youthful red wine from the Tuscan wine-growing region, more precisely from Bolgheri DOC, is convincing with a remarkable aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the loess and sand-dominated soils.

Vinification of the Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK from Guado al Tasso

This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grape varieties. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on sand and loess soils in Tuscany. Due to the balancing influence of the nearby sea, the grapes ripen more slowly and develop more aromatic complexity. The Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Italian wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Dining recommendations for the Il Bruciato Bolgheri 1.5 l Magnum HK from Guado al Tasso
