The vines here dig their roots deep into limestone soils. After ensuring optimal ripeness, the berries for this Italian red wine are harvested exclusively by hand. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the cellar. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the elegant South Tyrol Merlot is aged for several months in oak barrels made from oak wood.
