The Vadum Caesaris 1.5 l magnum from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine region presents itself in the glass in a bright light yellow. In the glass, this white wine from Vallarom reveals aromas of apricots, pineapple and lychees, complemented by further fruity nuances. This wine delights with its straightforward dry taste profile. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus this Italian, despite all its dryness, naturally enchants with the finest balance. Flavor does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp. On the finish, this white wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine region finally delights with beautiful length. Hints of apricot and pineapple appear again. In the aftertaste, mineral notes from the limestone-dominated soils are also added.

Vinification of Vadum Caesaris 1.5 l Magnum from Vallarom

This balanced white wine from Italy is organically blended from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Weißburgunder. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Vadum Caesaris 1.5 l magnum can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
