More information about Cru des Côtes du Rhône Vinsobres AOC - Cellier des Dauphins
Cellier des Dauphins' powerful Cru des Côtes du Rhône Vinsobres flows into the glass with a dense purple color. At the edges, this French red also shows a transition into garnet red. To the nose, this Cellier des Dauphins red wine shows all sorts of black currants. As if that were not already impressive, the aging in small wooden barrels adds other aromas such as white pepper, black cherry and vanilla.
On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully dense. In the finish, this well storable wine from the wine-growing region of the Rhône Valley finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of black currant.
Vinification of the Cru des Côtes du Rhône Vinsobres from Cellier des Dauphins
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Cru des Côtes du Rhône Vinsobres from Cellier des Dauphins are Grenache and Syrah grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Cru of the Côtes du Rhône Vinsobres is aged for several months in oak barrels.
