The elegant Sauvignon Blanc Groenekloof from the pen of Neil Ellis glides into the glass with bright light yellow. As if that wasn't already impressive, stainless steel aging adds more aromas like lovage, garrigue and green peppers.

On the palate, Neil Ellis' Sauvignon Blanc Groenekloof opens pleasantly aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an uncommonly crisp texture. In the finish, this youthful from the Coastal Region winegrowing region finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of gallia melon and physalis.
