The light-footed Cuvée Clive Brut from the house of Graham Beck glides into the glass with a brilliant golden yellow color. This sparkling wine also flatters the eye with reflections This South African cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of kumquats, grapefruit, lime and pomelo in the glass. This is joined by hints of brioche, yeast plait and cream candy.

On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by a tremendously creamy texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Cuvée Clive Brut presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this ripening sparkling wine from the Breede River Valley wine-growing region, more precisely from Robertson, finally convinces with considerable reverberation.

Vinification of the Cuvée Clive Brut from Graham Beck

This elegant sparkling wine from South Africa is cuvéed from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by the classic aging in the bottle.
