This elegant sparkling wine from South Africa is cuvéed from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by the classic aging in the bottle.
