Cuvée M Rosé - Château Minuty

The Château Minuty Cuvée M Rosé is a first-class rosé wine. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright, soft rosé color. To the nose, this Château Minuty rosé wine shows all sorts of lemongrass, pink grapefruit, pomelo, lemons and oranges. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds more aromas like Mediterranean herbs, lovage and green peppers.

The Château Minuty Cuvée M Rosé presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This rosé wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the high quality wine range. On the palate, the texture of this balanced rosé wine is wonderfully light, crisp and melting. On the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Provence finally delights with considerable length. There are again hints of pomelo and pink grapefruit. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by granite and limestone are added.

Vinification of the Château Minuty Cuvée M Rosé

The basis for Château Minuty's first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée M Rosé are Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Provence. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone, shale and granite. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the Cuvée M Rosé are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Cuvée M Rosé from Château Minuty

This French rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to stir-fried vegetables with fish, lemon chili chicken with bulgur or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
