This red from Viña Kaiken is ideal for all wine connoisseurs who like it dry. At the same time, however, it never shows itself meager or brittle, as one might naturally expect in a wine icon wine segment. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully fleshy. With its lively fruit acidity, the Mai Malbec presents itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Mendoza finally captivates with extraordinary reverberation.
Vinification of the Mai Malbec from Viña Kaiken
This powerful red wine from Argentina is made from the Malbec grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Argentina, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the May Malbec is aged for another 18 months in French oak barrels.
