Possibility from Betz is an excellent red wine blend of the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Syrah (38%), Merlot (12%) and Petit Verdot (6%).
In the glass, this American wine presents itself in a rich ruby red. The bouquet unfolds expressive notes of plums, strawberries and pomegranate. On the palate, the aromas of the nose are complemented by a fresh acidity and velvety tannins. The long lasting finish is accompanied by a very subtle sweetness.
Vinification of the Possibility from Betz Family Winery
The grapes for this red wine come from the Washington - Columbia Valley growing region.
The grapes are immediately brought to the winery and selected. The mash is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months ensures the velvety character, wonderful aromas and rich color.
Food recommendation for the Betz Possibility
Enjoy this dry red wine from Washington with roast goose with potato dumplings and red cabbage, potato gartin with beef or with sheep's milk cheese, such as Pecorino.
