The Brut Rosé Vintage from Graham Beck presents itself in a radiant salmon red color. The nose is seduced by this South African sparkling wine with slightly yeasty aromas and the noticeably ripe and fresh strawberry flavors of the Pinot Noir grapes. The palate is treated to the creamy complexity of the Chardonnay grape and flavors of raspberries combined with fresh sorbet. This sparkling wine is rounded off by a long-lasting finish.
Vinification of the Graham Beck Brut Rosé Vintage
The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are pressed together. After the must is fermented, this sparkling wine from South Africa is gently filtered and bottled. Then this Brut Rosé Vintage undergoes a second fermentation according to the traditional method.
