Vinification of the winery Heinrich Vollmer Portugieser Pinot Noir Rosé

Basis for the elegant Portugieser Pinot Noir Rosé from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape varieties Blauer Portugieser and Pinot Noir. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Portugieser Pinot Noir Rosé is carefully harmonized.
