This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into limestone soil. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Mandrarossa Laguna Secca Chardonnay can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months. Ageing in oak barrels is followed by considerable maturation in the bottle, which makes this white wine even more complex.
