The bubbles of this sparkling wine are extremely fine, elegant and long-lasting in the glass. When swirling the wine glass, this sparkling wine is characterized by an extraordinary lightness that makes it dance nimbly in the glass. This Italian wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed sparkling wine is wonderfully light, crisp and melting. The finish of this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Lombardy, more precisely from Franciacorta DOCG, finally convinces with a remarkable aftertaste.
Vinification of the Tenuta Montenisa Marchese Antinori Rosé Franciacorta
The elegant Marchese Antinori Rosé Franciacorta from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Of course, the Marchese Antinori Rosé Franciacorta is also characterized by more than just the Franciacorta DOCG soil. This Italian can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, presenting itself in an extraordinarily elegant manner. The development of the grapes for this Pinot Noir wine is influenced to a very large extent by the climate of the growing region. In Lombardy, the grapes thrive in a rather cool climate, which is reflected in particularly long and even grapes and a rather moderate must weight. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Marchese Antinori Rosé Franciacorta are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the Spumante has been blended, it is aged using the classic bottle fermentation method. The Tenuta Montenisa Marchese Antinori Rosé Franciacorta then matures in the bottle for several months before being disgorged.
